This is a two-storey unit where we did the usual cleaning and painting as well as repairing a drywall ceiling that had leaked, replacing a threshold that had water damage, and replacing the stairway to the roof deck. We used aluminum paint on three roof decks. The owner is a contractor who did most of the skilled work. I supervised another employee. The work extended over three weeks as we also tended to other rental maintenance tasks.
