The project was to install 248-feet of Trex as baseboard, to cover and prevent rain damage around the inside of the deck wall.
Thirty-nine boards required 23.5 hours, including replacing items which had been removed from the deck, putting away extension cords, cleaning up the cutting area, etc.
We used a scrub brush and plain water to clean each piece, selecting first which stock to use.

After trying a nail gun, we used deck screws, pre-drilling and counter-sinking.
Used 16-foot stock.

Some of the walls were warped, but came together nicely with the Trex.
Every hole drilled produced shavings, which we contained, in order to minimize cleanup.
